What we collect

When you book, we ask for your name, phone, email, session address, your children's first names and ages, allergies, an emergency contact, and photo permission.

How we use it

To plan and run your session safely and to contact you about it. With your permission, we also share photos and your feedback on this website and our social media (see below). We never sell your information.

Where it is stored

In our booking calendar (Cal.com), our intake form service (Tally), and email. This website itself stores nothing about you and uses no tracking cookies.

Photos

The intake form asks what we may do with photos: share photos of your children and their dishes, share photos of the dishes only, or not share any photos. You can change your choice at any time. We never publish children's names or schools with a photo, and we remove location data from every image.

Testimonials

If you send us feedback, we ask before publishing it. Published testimonials show only your first name and a short description, for example "Sarah, mother of two".
